WebDav is not supported on any of the hosting plans. This includes the free web.ka account, or any of the .ka hosting packages. If you are in need of some similar features, consider Kal-Drive which works much like DropBox, or Microsoft One Drive. In addition, there is no FTP access to your free web.ka account.
