Contact

There are a number of ways one could contact Ka-Tel. This could include calling, sending an email, or visit a website. The following options are available for the subscriber.

  • Fax: +883 200 611 835 000
  • Telephone: 611 (Kaldan Line), or +883 200 611 835 001
  • Directory Assistance (international): +883 200 611 835 002
  • Directory Assistance: 411 (Kaldan Line) or https://tel.ka
  • Email: cs@ka-tel.ka
  • Domain Management: https://www.ka
  • Internet Services: https://web.ka
  • Radio Registration: https://fm.ka
  • Telephone: https://tel.ka
  • Television Services: https://tv.ka
  • Primary Website: https://ka-tel.ka

While each option has a dedicated website to disclose the features and capabilities, signing up for service will all use the same Ka-Tel website. This reduces the number of logins that a person would otherwise have if there was different service applications for each service. With that in mind, acquiring a new account, or adding services can be done at https://ka-tel.ka

To contact Ka-Tel via phone will either be dialing the international version of the number and/or dialing 611. Once you call is connected, you would be directed to an IVR that would allow you to go through a number of informational services. If you would need to contact a representative directly, then dialing 0 within the IVR will send you to a representative. A representative can not create an account over the phone. This must be done online, or in a Ka-Tel store. Ka-Tel’s primary telephone number will also support RCS to comply with disability laws. If you can not hear, or mute – then RCS will be the best solution.

Directory assistance is as easy as using 411, and/or the Directory Assistance number. As with the primary telephone number, RCS and voice are both accepted. In the case of using RCS, the communication is free. This is because you as the customer is not taking voice resources that would otherwise be necessary. Calling will charge a $2.50 charge for automated voice response, or $5.00 for a live operator if for some reason the automated system can not understand you. You will also be able to use the directory assistance database by going to https://tel.ka. If you know the NIN of the person you are trying to reach, you can go to https://tel.ka/NIN. From there, you would see the name, and a minimum of 1 telephone number. Additional information is optional. The directory page will be designed in a way that it is easy for both mobile devices, and computers.

Email will be intended to provide basic information, and answer basic questions. Account level questions will not be disclosed via email. This is because email can be considered as unencrypted if the person contacting Ka-Tel does not support security platforms.
