There are a few ways one could contact Ka-Tel. This could include calling, sending an email, or visit a website. The following options are available for the subscriber.

While each option has its own website, this is to make it easier for the potential customer to get information on the services they wish to learn about. This in turn provides more direct information, and an easier experience.

To call Ka-Tel when using a Kaldan line/service, you would just have to dial 611. This will allow you to have an easy to remember telephone number that you would be able to get help with your service and account. If you however do not have telephone service, you would likely have to call the international version of the number which is the number starting with +883. Once you have a telephone line, you would be able to call 611. If you already have services with Ka-Tel, then you can just login, and select the services tab you’re interested in.

Contacting Ka-Tel by email will only provide for general information, and basic questions answered. To do things like make changes to your account, you should login to the account management of the service.
